The Deputy GM will have full operational responsibility for all Food & Beverage areas, including the restaurant, café bar, and functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager with strategic planning and operational execution.
  • Oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations.
  • Lead and motivate departmental heads to ensure consistent service excellence.
  • Drive staff development and succession planning to build a high-performing team.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer care throughout the property.
  • Contribute to profitability, cost management, and operational efficiency.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as a Deputy or Operations Manager within a hotel environment.
  • Strong focus on standards, particularly in Food & Beverage operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable influencing at all levels of the business.
  • Ambitious and committed to career progression in hospitality.
  • Fluent English required; must be resident in Ireland or hold a valid work permit.
