This is a progressive, Irish construction company with multiple high value projects across Cork, including residential and Hotels. You will have the opportunity to work for a firm that commits to delivering specialist construction solutions.

As Design Coordinator:

• Lead the design process to produce accurate information in line with the agreed specification and cost plan/estimate
• It is also equally important to manage the appointment of consultants and ensure that they perform in line with their deed and agreed scope of services
• Develop a design program with the consultants to meet the agreed whole life programme dates
• Produce designs that meet all necessary statutory and regulatory approvals and record on appropriate tracking logs

Design Coordinator Skills:

The design coordinator skills will include a background in either Architecture, design, or construction that may have worked for a main contractor or a consultancy in the past. This firm will be looking for someone that is technologically savvy.
