We are recruiting for a Digital Content & UX Designer to join Marketing Team within Aviva.
The Digital Content & UX Designer will Design and deliver digital assets to increase our digital footprint and deliver on ALPI strategic marketing plans.
The Designer will work within existing Aviva Brand guidelines & Digital Framework but also look for new ways to push boundaries, translating brand and marketing objectives into beautiful and clear visual designs.
The role's duties & responsibilities:
- Support the ALPI Marketing team by creating digital content for campaigns including landing pages, email templates, banners, social media assets and other content as needed to drive traffic, convert target customers, and improve shared content across digital channels.
- Collaborate with front end and back-end developers to support any design requirements during digital transformation.
- Design and create visual elements such as layouts, images, banners, illustrations, or infographics and deliver these elements on the avivavbroker.ie website
- Guardian of the Aviva brand, ensuring appropriate implementation of the brand across all touchpoints.
- Review & evaluate existing user experiences and provide guidelines and suggestions on enhancing this experience, as per UX best practice.
- Offer input to creative meetings and share ideas.
- Work closely with other designers, internal and external, to deliver high-quality designs across online and offline platforms.
- Keep up to date with the latest design and usability trends and techniques.
Skills & experience required:
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Sketch and associated design tools (In Vision Studio a plus).
- Experience with digital tools including WordPress CMS, Adobe Marketing Suite including AEM, Analytics and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong visual communication skills - ability to create sketches to present your ideas quickly and to iterate on the fly.
Qualifications:
- Graphic design / multi-media degree or equivalent experience is desirable for this role.
