As the Director of Benefits within the People Experience division, you will play a crucial role in advancing our benefits programs. What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute benefits and related communications strategies
- Develop and lead/co-lead highly complex projects, creating mid-term plans that impact results.
- Leverage relationships to meet the needs of Global Business Unit/Global Operating Unit or Sub Business Unit/Sub Operating Unit, serving as an advisor to others.
- Make decisions in complex problems, identify innovative solutions, and recommend courses of action impacting the Global Business Unit/Global Operating Unit or Sub Business Unit/Sub Operating Unit.
- Influence management and senior staff decisions, supporting the resolution of complex problems.
- Act independently on self-initiated projects, leveraging knowledge from others and exercising judgment in complex decisions within the Global Business Unit/Global Operating Unit or Sub Business Unit/Sub Operating Unit.
- Review work for effectiveness and business impact, and evaluate the contributions of other colleagues.
- Exercise foresight and judgment utilizing knowledge and experience within the Global Business Unit/Global Operating Unit or Sub Business Unit/Sub Operating Unit.
- Manage Direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all benefits programs.
- Serve as an advisor to others, leveraging relationships to meet the needs of the organization.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience or PhD/JD with at least 5 years of experience or MD/DVM with at least 4 years of experience
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations
- Proven experience in project management and leading complex initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and stakeholders
- Experience in managing direct reports and developing talent
- Proficiency in benefits administration systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
