As the Sales Director, you will be a key player in shaping the company's future sales strategy, assembling a dynamic sales structure, and driving unprecedented revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion, new products, and territories, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account management, new business development, and effective sales techniques.
  • Build a sales culture and mindset within the business, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Attend trade shows for networking, implement and optimize sales processes using the latest methodologies and technologies.
  • Establish and track KPIs for team and individual performance, creating accurate sales forecasts for informed business decisions.
  • Oversee the sales department budget, collaborating with other departments for a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members for a high-performing workforce.

 

 

What you need:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting.
  • Capability of adjusting to a new product in the manufacturing, engineering, and construction space.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is desirable.
