Ehs Manager

Client: A leading international supplier to the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry
Our client, a global leader in bioprocess solutions for the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead EH&S compliance and initiatives across their international operations.
This is a strategic role responsible for ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental regulations across all sites, while embedding a proactive safety culture. The successful candidate will manage audits, training, risk assessments, and reporting, working closely with manufacturing, HR, and quality teams globally.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

• 
  Ensure compliance with all relevant EH&S regulations (HSA, OSHA, etc.)
• 
  Lead internal audits, safety inspections, and emergency response planning
• 
  Develop and implement training and safety awareness programs
• 
  Manage incident investigations and corrective action processes
• 
  Oversee hazardous material handling, waste reporting, and chemical audits
• 
  Foster a strong safety culture across all operational sites
   

Requirements:
 

• 
  5-10 years' EH&S management experience, ideally across multi-site or international operations
• 
  Level 7 degree in a relevant discipline
• 
  Knowledge of HSA and OSHA standards and compliance
• 
  Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills
• 
  Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus
