Description:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic team based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of innovative projects across various sectors, including workplace, healthcare, education, historic buildings, leisure, and residential.
The successful candidate will have minimum 1 year experience working in an Irish design consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems for a variety of complex projects.
- Use design tools including Dialux and Amtech / Electrical OM.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary studio environment.
- Contribute to sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions.
- Support BIM processes and develop models in a Revit environment.
- Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to present design proposals and updates.
- Assist in delivering projects from concept through to completion across a range of sectors.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (master’s preferred).
- Membership of CIBSE, Engineers Ireland, or equivalent (or working towards full membership).
- Actively pursuing Chartered status.
- Proven experience designing electrical systems in the built environment.
- Proficient in software such as Revit, Dialux, and Amtech / Electrical OM.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in sustainable design and renewable energy technologies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
