Description:
This growing agency is looking to find a proactive Email Marketing Campaign Manager to take ownership of campaign execution across a portfolio of DTC brands.
You’ll manage the full campaign lifecycle - from strategy and briefing through build, QA, scheduling, and reporting - ensuring each campaign delivers measurable results and aligns with client objectives.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver high-performing campaigns that impress both clients and their customers.
Core duties of the Email Marketing Campaign Manager role will include:
- Coordinating the planning, briefing and overall management of weekly campaigns for multiple clients, across email and SMS
- Using an ESP to build and schedule dynamic, simultaneous campaigns, with a focus on segmentation, engaging content, and flawless QA
- Optimising messaging, visuals, and offers by actively collaborating with creative and strategic teams
- Analysing campaign performance, detailed reporting, and recommending optimisations where you see opportunities based on metrics
- Taking ownership of client communications around campaign timelines, approvals and performance
- Working with a detailed campaigns calendar and campaign project tracker, to ensure alliance with all set deadlines
- Carrying out testing to include A/B testing and end time testing, continuously improving campaign performance
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to brief on new concepts and ideas based on performance data
- Maintaining campaign budgets pace, whilst forecasting across multiple accounts
- Continuously staying up to date with platform changes, updates, best practices and opportunities
Skills and experience you’ll need for this Social Media Campaign Manager role:
- 2 – 3 years experience managing email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills – able to use data to optimise performance
- A proven ability to manage multiple brands and client demands simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of ESPs (ideally Klaviyo)
- Excellent attention to detail – be able to spot errors before campaigns are launched
- Highly desirable: familiarity with Google Analytics and / or Shopify
