Description:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities (non-exhaustive list):
• Evaluate employment law claims and draft appropriate responses.
• Assist clients with conciliation/mediation matters.
• Manage all aspects of document disclosure.
• Compile booklets of documents.
• Aid clients in preparing files for hearings (gathering witness statements, relevant documentation, etc.).
• Correspond with the Workplace Relations Commission & Labour Court, claimants' representatives, and clients.
• Achieve commercially favorable settlements for clients.
• Attend and conduct hearings, as necessary.
• Conduct case reviews for Peninsula Protect Discretionary Benefit purposes.
• Support the collation of weekly/monthly reports, emphasizing Live cases.
• Assist and participate in training sessions, as needed.
• Conduct research.
• Provide support to team colleagues and other departments.
• Fulfill ad hoc duties as requested by your Line Manager and/or Director of the business.
