Engineering Trainee

Join us at Statkraft as an Engineering Trainee within the Offshore Wind, Technical Management department.

We provide engineering and project management resources to all offshore wind projects, from early phase development, through construction to engineering support in operations. The team also holds responsibilities for technology development, RND, and project execution methods.

• The candidate will work with a large number of tasks within offshore wind engineering, to learn the business and project execution hands-on, e.g:
• Conceptual and detailed systems design
• Interface Management
• Project Certification
• Engineering support to procurement processes and project management

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, preferably any of the fields of Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, or Marine Engineering
• No more than 1 year of relevant work experience
• Open to travel on rotations (will be answered when they apply)
• Passionate individuals keen on diving into the offshore wind engineering world
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive learner with excellent communication abilities in English.
