Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable craft beer advocate looking for the opportunity to work within a growing, internationally recognized craft brewery. The ultimate role of the EU Manager, Sales and Marketing is to build and maintain the sales channels in the European market and to effectively achieve business objectives. This role will collaborate with key stakeholders, primarily within the sales and marketing departments, to target long-term growth opportunities and develop strategies and tactics to ensure successful execution.

A typical day as a EU Manager, Sales and Marketing includes:

- Manage product shipments, inventory levels, and forecasting in Europe with the assistance of the head office team at the main manufacturing facility in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- Maintain and expand current database of current partnerships and prospective customers within Europe
- Effectively planning shot, medium and long-term based goals, and distribution objectives
- Diligent administrative management, including – budgeting, P&L, sales reporting, inventory management, accounts payable/receivable, ordering process, tracking shipments, export paperwork, customer inquiries
- Participate in sales meetings, both in-person and virtual, by voicing customer facings insights and concerns
- Provide solutions that maintain customer satisfaction, following established policies, by responding to customer inquiries quickly and respectfully

Event and Activations:

- Manage the planning and the execution of events, with the assistance of internal marketing, sales, and operational assets

Third Party Production

- Manage the coordination of production at 3rd Party Co-Packing, if and when these are in place, with key stakeholders

What to expect in the first 30, 60, 90 days in this role:

- First 30 – Onboarding; introductory meetings with both key internal stakeholders and existing regional importers/distributors
- First 60 – begin market visits & provide on the ground feedback, initiate communication with new market opportunities
- First 90 – Provide monthly business report, continue market visits and generating new business

- A keen willingness to travel and attend European events alongside our sales team (25%)
