Description:
Our client is an International Private Equity firm who are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their team in Dublin on an initial 12-Month FTC. This role will support two Partners in the business and the ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting individuals at C-suite level.
Responsibilities of this Executive Assistant Job:
- Support the European Partners and wider Dublin office with calendar management, travel booking, coordinating board meetings across the portfolio companies and submission of team expenses
- Managing and Scheduling internal Investment Committee meetings
- Manage office operations including sharing of tasks with Executive Administrator to ensure smooth running of office (team)
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for European team members including space management for the Dublin office
- Coordination of the Dublin office team building events including office volunteer days and Christmas Party
Requirements of this Executive Assistant Job:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting c-suite Executive(s)
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- A self-starer, who can interact collaboratively, but operate independently as required
- Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment and willingness to help build the firm
