Finance Controller -operations & Distribution Fmcg

Key Responsibilities
 

• • To own financial controllership of Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain
  • Support the implementation of best in class process across operations, manufacturing, and supply chain
  • Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies with variance analysis
  • Identify opportunities to deliver cost reductions and improve profitability
  • Analyse and report on profit margins by product
  • Product set-up and related Bill of Materials management
  • Implement best in class processes and controls for the management of financial risk across operations

Requirements
 

• • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ year experience, preferably in a manufacturing business
  • Strong Cost Accounting experience
  • Experience of reporting to senior management
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong desire to succeed
  • Experience in implementing complex systems, ERP system knowledge an advantage
  • Ability to embrace change and process improvement
