Responsibilities

Specification and design of FPGA blocks

Preparation of design documentation, including FPGA requirements, specifications, and test specifications

FPGA laboratory-based verification, system integration, and testing

Support for existing FPGA design verification and board test activities

Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams for system architecture and design

VHDL-based FPGA design, simulation, and verification

Support for schematic and PCB layout, along with proficiency in reviewing these

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python) and programming languages (C/C++) for simulation and design environment development

Qualifications, Experience And Competencies Requirements

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering

Strong knowledge of FPGA design flow: Verification, Synthesis, Partitioning, Place & Route, Timing Closure, and Power Estimation

Proficiency in interface protocols, memory technologies, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C)

Familiarity with electronic circuit & system design: analog, digital, and power

Knowledge of embedded systems and processor architectures

Experience with laboratory equipment such as Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Signal Analyzer

Proficiency with version control tools like SVN & Git

Preferred experience with VHDL and ASIC & FPGA Development design flow for space projects

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
