Freelance Web Developer (Part-time)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Freelance Web Developer to join our team at SOSU Cosmetics on a project basis. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance of our Shopify-based website. You will work closely with our eCommerce Manager, design team and existing developer to ensure that our website is visually appealing, user- friendly, and optimised for search engines.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager and design team to develop, maintain and update our Shopify website
• Implement changes to the website's codebase using HTML, CSS,

JavaScript, and other relevant technologies

• Ensure website compatibility across different devices and browsers
• Debug website issues and troubleshoot website errors
• Provide timely and efficient support to the team as required

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies
• Familiarity with web design and optimization principles
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
• Experience with DNS configuration is a plus

• Interest in the beauty industry is desirable
