Front Of House Porter

Description:

We are currently recruiting a Front of House Porter for one of our hotel clients located in Cork.

To comply with the Health & Safety regulations of the hotel
To have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel
To anticipate guests needs and ensure that service is provided to a high standard
To carry out all duties in line with departmental Standards
To carry out cleaning duties
To be knowledgeable and informed about the introduction of new products and new procedures
To liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently
To carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by management
To ensure all in-house conferences are set according to the hotels standards.
