Description:
They’re looking for Senior and Staff Full Stack Engineers with proven experience building scalable, high-impact products at established companies or startups that have successfully scaled.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver full stack features across a modern AI-integrated stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL
- Build highly available backend services and APIs powering multi-channel AI agent interactions
- Work with AWS infrastructure (Lambda, Fargate, EC2, SQS), Redis, Terraform/CDK, and GitHub Actions
- Collaborate closely with design- and product-focused founders—craftsmanship and UX polish are critical
- Help shape our engineering culture, raise standards, and champion async workflows
Who You Are
- 7+ years experience building and scaling real-world systems, ideally at Series B–D startups or reputable enterprises
- Proven ability to lead features from 0 to 1 independently and pragmatically
- Deep backend knowledge: Node.js, microservices, API design, cloud infrastructure
- Strong frontend skills: React, Next.js, TypeScript, with a focus on usability and clean design
- Exceptional async communication skills—clear, proactive written updates are essential in our remote-first team
- Bonus: Experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or other AI/ML systems—or a strong desire to dive in
