Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Analyse and translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documents.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Perform data analysis, mapping, and support integration/migration processes.
- Create and maintain documentation (process models, use cases, user stories).
- Assist in test planning, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Stay updated on D365 CE features and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role with Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong knowledge of D365 CE modules and Power Platform.
- Experience with business process mapping and functional documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
