General Manager

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a General Manager at the Endometriosis Association of Ireland. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, managing and coordinating volunteers, developing and implementing strategic plans, fundraising activities, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and partners.

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in organizational management and strategic planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in fundraising and grant writing
• Knowledge of endometriosis and/or women's health is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
