Your focus will include:

  • Leading and inspiring a large team across Front of House, Back of House, and Duty Management.
  • Overseeing rosters, scheduling, and operational logistics.
  • Partnering with chefs and internal departments to align service and product delivery.
  • Championing a culture of excellence and accountability on the floor—especially during peak trading times.
  • Driving food & beverage performance and innovating guest experience initiatives.
  • Handling staffing challenges with creativity and decisiveness.
  • Signing off on wages and managing budgets with commercial awareness.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
  • A strong track record in leading large teams (150+), developing people, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Confidence in rostering, cost control, and performance metrics.
  • A hands-on leadership style—you’re on the floor when it matters most.
  • A passion for guest satisfaction and high standards.
