We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Google Ads Marketing Specialist to manage and grow large-scale client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of search engine marketing and a passion for optimizing campaigns to deliver outstanding performance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video).
- Translate client objectives, budgets, and timelines into tailored media strategies that meet performance goals.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement ongoing optimizations to maximize campaign results.
- Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices, and proactively share insights with clients and internal teams.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and the target language (C-level proficiency required).
Requirements:
- Proven, hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, or Video certifications are a plus).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and online advertising best practices.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly master new tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to diverse client needs.
