As Kneat continues to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Quality Engineer to join our Quality Department.

Reporting to our Quality Team Lead, the Graduate Quality Engineer will be responsible for supporting daily quality operations associated with software development and delivery and supporting the implementation and management of all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) and electronic Learning management system (eLMS) within the organization.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Quality, Research and Development, Professional Services, Customer Services, Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT Operations, and HR teams to ensure that quality and compliance are the cornerstone of all aspects of the company’s operations, and that all customer, business, and regulatory requirements are met to the highest degree of satisfaction.

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Kneat’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Support continuous improvement projects.
  • Support the administration of the electronic learning Management system (eLMS).
  • Maintain Quality metrics.
  • Regulatory and customer audit support; ensuring audit readiness at all times.
  • Support the day-to-day activities of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Diploma or higher in a science, engineering, IT, or similar, discipline.
  • Understanding of ISO9001:2015 requirements and/or requirements for systems qualification in a regulated environment.
  • Experience in change control, root cause investigation, complaint handling, non-conformances, corrective actions, etc.
  • Effective writing and communication skills.
  • A passion for quality in a leading-edge technology-based organization.
  • Ability to work well independently or on a team.
  • Work experience within regulated life sciences or IT industries a preference.
