Graphic Designer

Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established studio. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an architecture firm. You'll be a strategic, solutions-focused designer that enjoys leading graphic design projects from concept to creation. You should have an impeccable eye for detail, with strong technical and creative expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work within existing brand guidelines to develop marketing and business development collateral (books, brochures, announcements, videos)
* Format project reports, documents, and presentations and develop high-quality architectural diagrams, images and infographics
* Collaborate with external design agencies to ensure alignment with company brief and adherence to timelines
* Liaise with external printers to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
* Maintain design specifications and quality throughout all phases of the project
* Additional opportunities to work on brand development, and signage and wayfinding projects
 

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree, or higher, in graphic design or architecture
* 2+ years' experience an advantage, and experience working in an architecture firm is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
* Capable of managing deadlines, multiple projects working under pressure and communicating issues and challenges as they arise
* Highly organised and efficient, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, both collaboratively and independently to meet tight deadlines.
* Understanding of architectural plans, elevations and details.
* Good communicator confident in presenting ideas and designs
* Some experience in video and motion design would be beneficial but not essential
