As the Haematology Brand Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the overall launch plan for a new asset in haematology and being accountable for the delivery of marketing plan.

 

In addition, this role will also work with the cross-functional team of Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and other supporting functions to make sure we have a ‘best in class launch’ and to coordinate with the Region to share and learn from best practice and work at pace to implement.

In this role you will

  • Take accountability to develop and deliver clear strong marketing plans and execution

  • Partner excellently with cross functional Teams to develop and execute and winning launch plan

  • Support launch excellence process and milestones with the regional team

  • Leadership of the marketing team on the development and execution of a competitive marketing plan

  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with regional team to ensure strong alignment between Ireland team and key stakeholders

  • Ensure all activities and plans are executed in alignment with GSK’s high ethics and compliance standards and all applicable local legal requirements and regulations.

  • Role model GSK’s values and expectations. Adhere to GSK Code of Business Ethics, the IPHA Code of marketing practice for the pharmaceutical industry and in line with scientific engagement principles.
