As the Haematology Brand Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the overall launch plan for a new asset in haematology and being accountable for the delivery of marketing plan.
In addition, this role will also work with the cross-functional team of Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and other supporting functions to make sure we have a ‘best in class launch’ and to coordinate with the Region to share and learn from best practice and work at pace to implement.

In this role you will
Take accountability to develop and deliver clear strong marketing plans and execution
Partner excellently with cross functional Teams to develop and execute and winning launch plan
Support launch excellence process and milestones with the regional team
Leadership of the marketing team on the development and execution of a competitive marketing plan
Build strong and collaborative relationships with regional team to ensure strong alignment between Ireland team and key stakeholders
Ensure all activities and plans are executed in alignment with GSK’s high ethics and compliance standards and all applicable local legal requirements and regulations.
