Hardware Support Technician

Description:

Our client is seeking a determined and capable IT Technician to join the team in a large data center located in North Dublin.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include working with a ticketing system to replace hardware components and troubleshoot server issues. You'll be hands-on with server maintenance and repairs on a daily basis, often in a fast-paced and busy environment.

We are looking for candidates with the following skillset

• Strong Understanding of IT hardware, ideally with servers
• Can take apart a PC and replace components with ease
• CompTIA or IT Hardware Certificate/Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Networks
• Someone who has a focused mindset and can take direction well
• 1 year of experience in a hardware-focused role or have recently completed a relevant hardware qualification.
• You have a passion for IT and computer hardware
