The role will help provide a collaborative support structure which allows these business units to benefit from shared capabilities and cross-pollination of data, ideas that will grow revenue for Aon by adopting products developed in ACIA.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in technical team leadership and people management with a strong passion for new technologies.
 

• A minimum of 10+ years as a leader in a Data & Analytics product organisation
• Collaborative with both technical and wider business colleagues on the delivery of new solution
• Strong skillset related to data engineering, architecture, analytics, cloud services and application development
• Deep experience with knowledge of designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end data integration
• Manage the budget, relationships with vendors, and technology partners throughout the enterprise
