What is the opportunity?

As the Head of Learning, you will play a key part in crafting and delivering our broader people colleague development proposition. Reporting to the Director of Organisational Effectiveness, you will develop and retain the highly talented and diverse group of colleagues we need to deliver our ambition by ensuring they are continually championed through new and innovative learning and development strategies.

In this role, you will:

• Proactively collaborate with Group partners to diagnose learning and organisational capability development needs and design, develop and deploy a portfolio of development strategies and initiatives to support the delivery of our People Strategy.
• Demonstrate strong vendor management and project management skills, be highly organised and able to manage multiple projects, as well as forecasting and managing budgets effectively.
• Understand the business priorities and develop appropriate metrics that evaluate and report on the impact of learning programmes.
• Lead the Learning Team, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing, as well as learning and development coordination across partner groups.
