An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading construction and engineering business based in Monaghan. Travel to other parts of Ireland will also be part of the role as and when necessary, company vehicle provided.

This is a key role with both strategic and operational responsibility across high-risk construction projects and fixed operational facilities. You’ll play a central part in ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are embedded across project delivery, fabrication, maintenance and depot operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing HSEQ leadership across construction and operational environments.
• Leading and improving the Integrated Management System aligned to ISO45001 and ISO14001.
• Overseeing compliance across fabrication, plant, maintenance and construction operations.
• Supporting occupational health, hygiene and emergency response programmes.
• Liaising with regulators, clients and principal contractors.
• Supporting audit readiness, pre-qualification and wider business growth.
