We’re currently hiring an experienced Health & Safety Consultant to join a growing team of experts supporting businesses across Dublin. This is a field-based role where you'll deliver tailored consultancy services to clients, ensuring best-in-class health & safety standards, full regulatory compliance, and hands-on support when it matters most. What You'll Do:

Conduct on-site client visits to deliver contractual health & safety services in line with SLAs.

Provide practical advice, documentation, and guidance on all aspects of health & safety management.

Support clients with audits, incident investigations, enforcement liaison, and documentation.

Deliver expert advice on risk assessments, safety procedures, and compliance strategies.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external authorities (e.g. HSA, Fire Officers).

Produce professional, accurate reports and help clients implement recommended actions.

Stay current with legislation and best practices through regular training and development.

Help clients respond to health & safety challenges through proactive and reactive support.

What You Bring:

A 3rd level qualification in a relevant field (Health & Safety, Environmental, etc.).

IOSH membership (Graduate or Chartered status preferred, but not essential).

A consultative mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

Strong working knowledge of Irish health & safety legislation.

Proven ability to offer commercially sound, practical solutions.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Confidence to work independently, with strong time-management skills.
