Health and Safety Consultant

Description:

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy autonomy and variety, with structured schedules to ensure work-life balance. You’ll be visiting 2 client sites daily, with flexibility to manage admin tasks from home when your schedule allows.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Health & Safety visits to client premises to deliver agreed contractual work.
• Provide practical advice on compliance, management systems, and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Assist clients with accident investigations and liaise with authorities when necessary.
• Produce clear and concise reports and documentation following client visits.
• Support clients in times of crisis, providing effective and empathetic management.
• Stay updated with industry standards and attend relevant training and company meetings.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate experience in Health & Safety.
• Graduate or Chartered Membership of IOSH (or equivalent qualification).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to deliver high-quality consultancy services with commercial awareness.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with risk assessment
• Proven ability to manage time, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
