What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare sector
• Experience managing full recruitment cycles from sourcing to placement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proven ability to hit and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs
• Full drivers license and access to vehicle
