This HR job will suit an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a new challenge or Senior HR Generalist looking for exposure in a head office type role involving projects and a lead HR position in a large organisation

The Ideal Candidate for the HR Business Partner Job:

• 4 year experience in recruiting, talent development and management
• Self-driven, goal-oriented individual.
• Innovative, highly organised, a strong team player, and ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent understanding of Irish employment law,
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

The requirements for the HR Business Partner Job:

• Drive the HR agenda in close cooperation with the senior management team
• Support our Retail team in the development, training and recruiting
• Ensure all Development and Training programs are executed to the highest level
• Train, develop and retain retail employees and drive our peoples performance
• Partner with senior leadership team, and regional and Store Managers nationwide for people and organizational issues
• Drive key HR figures including employee staff turnover, employee satisfaction, etc
• Champion the companys culture and ensure it continues to be an attractive place to work.
