  • In close relationship with your team of HR Partners and Operations HR Lead you will have the following responsibilities:



  •  
  • Cooperate with the key leaders to understand the business vision and strategy to create and implement a talent strategy and employee engagement initiatives
     
  • Coach and advise leads and employees when needed in people matters and coordinate and deliver HR activities
     
  • Serving as a partner concern point for personnel and employee relations issues and providing guidance and intervention, as needed
     
  • Updating management on a variety of HR matters including absence, poor performance, handled terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters, flexible work, advising on legal and policies framework, options and potential risks
     
  • Coordinating the implementation of people programs and initiatives
     
  • Researching attrition/retention, analysing trends thorough headcount and exit data and recommending appropriate course of action
     
  • Accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective HR services by applying internal resources and partnering with Employee Relations and various HR teams
     
  • Develop and implement strategies and actions to achieve I&D objectives and measure the results and key trends in the practice
