KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring compliance with all employment legislation and best practices.
• Integrating HR policies and procedures in line with Group policies.
• Actively contributing as a strategic business partner within the Senior Leadership Team.
• Creating and communicating comprehensive HR strategies and annual plans.
• Managing, coaching, and developing HR colleagues.
• Supporting employee lifecycle aspects, including performance management, engagement, and development.
• Collaborating with senior management on talent reviews and succession planning.
• Leading talent management, recruitment, and resource planning.
• Ensuring People policies comply with Irish legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing monthly HR reporting.
• Serving as the point of contact for all HR-related matters with the group.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years HR experience at Manager or Senior HRBP level
• Previous people management experience.
• Preferred CIPD qualification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
