Human Resources Operations Specialist



Our client is a semiconductor company, known for designing and developing computer processors and graphics technologies and it’s looking for an experienced (Senior) HR Operations Specialist to work within the EMEA HR Ops and Employee Relations Department. This is a contractor position, located in Dublin. In this role, you will be involved in HR Operations with responsibilities across employee life cycle activities and compliance in HR country policies, procedures, and processes.


Sounds great! What will my day-to-day look like?

  • Subject matter Country Expert for assigned countries (including but not limited to payroll input and benefit administration)
  • Governance of SOPs, and HR policies and identifying needs for additional policies/procedures and changes
  • Lead and support simplification, automatization and optimization initiatives and ideas working with stakeholders.
  • Lead/Support HR Operation projects and tasks


What do I need?

  • Min. 3 years experience with operational Human Resources in a similar role
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Fully proficient in written English and at least one other language
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with HR systems such as SAP or Success Factors an advantage
  • Experience with knowledge of payroll administration is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a global company within a multi-cultural, cross-functional team
