What will you do
- Drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts including but not limited to NDAs, Service Level Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Purchase and Supply Agreements etc.
- Providing advices on certain regulatory matters for the insurance business.
- Advising on litigation matters and providing employment law advices.
- Provision of legal advices on commercial strategy, including drafting/ reviewing commercial agreements.
- Participating in projects and advising on the legal issues arising out of same.
What you need to be successful
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Qualified solicitor with 4 years’ plus experience in a top or mid-tier law firm,
- Experience in practice areas such as employment law and corporate is preferable.
