Essential Criteria

· All applicants must meet the requirements below.

· A minimum of 5 years experience working with people with disabilities.

· Have excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English.

· Have a good knowledge of Irish transport systems.

· Be willing to work in all sorts of environments.

· Be self driven and flexible.

Role and Purpose

· Carries out customer support work as outlined in the Independent Travel Support scheme. https://www.transportforireland.ie/accessibility/independent-travel-support/

· Work as part of the TFI Local Link Louth Meath Fingal transport coordination unit and drive the overall Independent Travel Support scheme to ensure to help as many people as possible find

· TFI travel independence.

· Comply with all relevant Data Protection legislation.

· Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Energy, Sustainability, Health and Safety policies and procedures.

· Foster good relationships with employees and relevant personnel in own area of responsibility, disability centres, all TFI transport services and all relevant external agencies and stakeholders.
