To support our continued growth, Shutterstock is strengthening its sales team and seeking an Inside Sales Client Partner. Your mission will be to focus on customer relationship retention and optimization.
This person will be located in our office in Dublin. Applications must be submitted in English language to be considered.
The day to day
- Responsible for retaining and expanding your account base in a high-paced Sales environment
- Deliver, and preferably exceed, against monthly targets in designated territory
- Ensure the success of your assigned account base through time-efficient Sales approach and trust-based relationships within our client organizations
- Drive proactive retention strategies for renewals and upsells from existing customer base
- Own entire sales-cycles from initial outreach to closing deals to Account Management
- Educate customers on the full Shutterstock product portfolio identifying upsell opportunities
- Strengthen Shutterstock awareness within assigned account list
What You'll Bring To The Role
- Able to conduct business and negotiate contracts in English and either German, French or Spanish
- Able to conduct business and negotiate contracts on “1-call closes”
- Solid and relevant experience in fast pace Sales
- Able to handle high-volume calling and emailing cadences
- Effective in quickly reaching decision makers and closing sales
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM is a plus
