Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic commercial team. You will play a critical role in generating leads, converting prospects into members, and supporting the growth of ISME’s membership base and commercial services. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with 1–2 years’ B2B experience to develop their career in a mission-led, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage prospective SME members
- Support campaigns and promotions targeting acquisition, retention and upselling
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and contribute to overall team targets
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline
- Present ISME membership benefits and services in a compelling, consultative manner
- Schedule appointments for senior sales colleagues where appropriate
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information
- Support campaigns and promotions targeting acquisition, retention and upselling
- Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to ensure seamless onboarding
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a B2B sales or business development role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in engaging with business owners, decision-makers, and senior managers
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM is an advantage)
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
- Interest in supporting Irish SMEs and contributing to a purpose-driven organisation
