Description:
As part of a supportive and close-knit team, you'll be involved in the full client journey—providing advice, arranging cover, and negotiating terms directly with underwriters. This is a hands-on, in-office role where accuracy, accountability, and customer care are essential.
- Handle inbound client enquiries and prepare tailored insurance solutions
- Liaise directly with insurers to secure competitive, appropriate quotes
- Work with delegated authority—so precision and integrity are critical
- Maintain detailed and accurate policy records
- Provide outstanding service with empathy, honesty, and professionalism
- Support both new business and renewals with equal energy
- Collaborate with a team that values problem-solving over rigid process
Your profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (motor private insurance sales, broking or support)
- APA (Commercial or Personal) minimum.
- Strong administrative skills and laser-sharp attention to detail
- A positive, can-do mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Clear communicator who thrives in a client-facing environment
- Comfortable working full-time in a collaborative office setting
- Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to contribute to business growth
