Insurance Specialist

 

Description:

This role involves engaging with clients, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are key. You'll be helping clients with queries, processing policy changes, supporting renewals, and identifying additional insurance needs. You’ll work closely with a team that’s committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Advise and assist clients across a range of personal insurance products (motor, home, van, farm etc.)
  • Handling renewals, MTA’s and queries in relation to Personal Lines products
  • Manage policy updates and service requests in line with client needs.
  • Support the renewal process and client retention efforts.
  • Handle day-to-day admin and documentation relating to personal lines policies.
  • Spot opportunities to offer clients other relevant insurance solutions.
  • Deal with all requests internal / external in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Experience in personal insurance
  • APA qualification or working toward it, with full exam funding provided
  • Strong customer service ethos and confident communication skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Be open to change and fast pace environment
