  • Team Development: Provide leadership and training to new members.
  • Workflow Management: Manage the day-to-day operations.
  • Handling issues: Act as point of contact for resolving complex queries.
  • Learning: Keeping up-to-date with the company's product

 

Your profile:

  • APA or CIP qualifications
  • You come from an Insurance background
  • Leadership skills and target-driven.
  • Excellent Communication skills and commercial awareness
