• Deal with incoming inquiries from our customer base and also our external sales staff.
• Preparation of quotations and tenders for Pumps and Spare Parts to strict deadlines.
• Administration of Pump and Spare parts orders. This would involve dealing with our main suppliers, purchasing and chasing deliveries.
• Active telesales role both with our existing customers and new accounts.
• Deal with after sales back up, complaints and warranty issues.
• Assist with the day to day activities of a busy office.
• Strong technical background, certificate or diploma level in Engineering
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Experience in a similar type of role.
• PC Skills essential.Remuneration:
