Internal Sales Executive

Helukable Ireland have a brilliant new vacancy for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join the expanding and vibrant sales team. Internal sales is the backbone a of successfully run cable business, supporting the external sales team and the company’s potential and existing client base. This full time position will be dealing with electrical wholesalers and end user clients in the electrical industry, from sectors such as renewables/pharmaceutical/energy and the data centre sector.

Responsibilities

· Supporting the external sales team

· Managing existing client accounts

· Identifying and contacting new sales leads

· Providing clients with quotations and product information as per requests from the sales team and incoming enquiries

· Supporting clients with product, processing orders and after sales care

· Collaborating with the sales team to ensure processes, messaging and KPI targets are achieved

Candidate Requirements

· Strong communication and team work skills

· Confident telephone manner and tenacious sales approach

· Ability and willingness to pick up new information quickly

· Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills

· Self-motivated & confident in using initiative

· B2B customer service experience would be ideal

· Previous sales coordination experience is desired

· CRM software and Microsoft suite experience required

· Experience in the electrical supplying industry an advantage
