Investment Associate

Our client is one of the world’s largest and most successful investment firms with a 40+ year track record of investment excellence. They are currently looking to hire a number of Associates.

This position will sit on a team that is responsible for the analysis of portfolio company financial statements, financial modelling, valuation and corporate / financial structures. There is excellent career progression and a market leading compensation package on offer.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring portfolio company trading performance through detailed financial statements analysis & dialogue with the company
• Financial modelling and sensitivity analysis
• Preparation of quarterly reviews and presentation to Investment Committee

Experience

• 4-6 years relevant experience (i.e. investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, transaction services, restructuring, deals or corporate audit)
• Excellent academic background is essential
• Strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of financial statements / financial modelling / valuation methods.
