Junior Quantity Surveyor

Description:

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key support role in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Working alongside a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors & Estimators, you'll support the commercial team in managing project costs from start to finish. Your role includes assisting with cost estimates, contract admin, valuations, and reporting.

What You’ll need

As Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to have the following:

• A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (or working towards one)
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic understanding of construction processes and cost control
• Familiarity with MS Excel and industry software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, or similar)
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• A driving license and site experience are a plus, but not essential.
