Your day-to-day as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from a varied range of industries.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles within the IT sector. Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, networking, and database management.
• Market Insight: Stay informed about the IT industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to clients and candidates.

What You Will Have:

• 2+ years of professional experience (any industry can be considered) - No recruitment experience required
• A proactive, ambitious mindset and the confidence to take ownership of your growth
• Strong communication skills and a natural drive to succeed
