The post of Clinical Midwife Manager 2 Delivery Suite has a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within the clinical area on a day to day basis. The main responsibilities are: leading on the delivery of woman focused care, quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, practice development, facilitating communication, professional / clinical leadership and ensuring high standards of care through the safe, smooth running of the Delivery Suite.
