Legal Counsel

Description:

Our client is a global organisation operating in the data management / big data space.

They have a large established legal group and are now keen to add an additional Technology Lawyer (solicitor, barrister) to team.

This position will suit commercial lawyers (min. 5 years pqe) with specific understanding of technology products and/or technology consultancy services agreements. 

• You must have experience of dealing with sales teams and other senior stakeholders. 
• You must have experience of negotiating and closing deals
• A fintech or technology background preferable, but may also suit candidates from a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals 

The GC is keen to interview in the coming weeks.

Some flexibility available, but this role is primarily based in Dublin.
