Legal Secretary

We, here at Search Talent, are currently hiring a legal secretary to work in the commercial litigation department for a reputable and much sought after top tier firm in Dublin City Centre. We are seeking someone with 1+ years experience as a legal secretary with experience in commercial litigation, who is now open to taking their career to the next level with a top level firm.

This role is 5 days in office.

A little bit about the firm:

• A full service law firm.
• A head count of 70+
• A Firm Currently attracting progressively more and more much sought after clientele and are continuously growing their pool of clients at the moment, with significant names in both the private and public sector.

A Little bit about you:

• You are not doing FE1s nor have ambitions to become a solicitor in the foreseeable future.
• 1+ years secretarial experience in a commercial litigation department
• Strong communication skills and good telephone manner
• Experience managing a portfolio of senior stakeholders within the legal field.
• MS Office skills are essential.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
